Rules and Regulations

UNIFORMITY & ESSENTIALS:

• Wearing the Football School uniform during Coaching hours is MANDATORY. Uniform must be neat and tidy when a player enters the ground
• Wearing appropriate Football/Sports shoes is compulsory to avoid injuries
• Players are required to carry the following:
  • Sipper bottles for hydration during water breaks
  • Hand Towel for cleaning
  • Change of T-Shirt (to be worn after the session)

ETIQUETTE:

• Players must refer to Coach as “Coach”. Not as “Sir” or “Ma’am”
• Parents are requested to not Coach during the sessions/matches but offer words of support
• Players must be kind and respectful to other players

CANCELLATIONS & CATCH-UP SESSIONS:

Sessions might get cancelled from time to time due to various circumstances. Circumstances outlined are as below :

• Class Cancelled by Football School: Due to non-availability of Coach, Ground or other reasons; Compensatory class to be given
• Force Majeure: No compensatory class for cancellations due to weather, unavailability, or other uncontrollable factors
• Child did not attend: No compensatory classes given

ATTENDANCE:

• If however a player is unwell (with doctor’s report) or family is traveling, parents may Pause Football School enrolment.

REGISTRATION AND FEE PAYMENT:

Documents Needed:

• Date of Birth Certificate
• Valid ID Proof (Aadhar Card, Passport)
• Passport Size Photo

OTHERS:

• It is the parent’s responsibility to pick and drop their children for the session unless they have availed Transportation wherever available
• Information about the Football School is disseminated on the official Football School Whatsapp groups for all parents. Parents are requested to please take note of any notice or update given by the Football School

WAIVER:

I, the undersigned comply to be a part of the coaching programs conducted by RUFC Sports Pvt Ltd (Rajasthan United Football Schools). I understand all risks and hazards associated with the sport of football, incidental or otherwise. I have notified RUFC Sports (Rajasthan United Football Schools) of any ailment/injury I have. I waive, release, absolve, indemnify and agree to hold harmless RUFC Sports (Rajasthan United Football Schools), it’s officers, directors, sponsors, supervisors, coaches, assistant coaches, referees, governors, managers and other participants and persons associated with RUFC Sports (Rajasthan United Football Schools) for any and all claims arising out of ailment/injury to myself while participating in any activity or event conducted by RUFC Sports (Rajasthan United Football Schools), directly or indirectly. In addition, I give RUFC Sports (Rajasthan United Football Schools) and its representatives the right to arrange, obtain and approve any medical attention deemed necessary for my health and well-being for any injuries sustained during any RUFC Sports (Rajasthan United Football Schools) event or activity. I am aware that there is no insurance coverage provided by RUFC Sports (Rajasthan United Football Schools) and I will be held responsible for any medical expenses related to the above applicant if needed.

I also agree to release, absolve and hold harmless all/any from any injury sustained while on property (field, parking area, buildings, etc.) or during travel to and from scheduled activities directly or indirectly associated with RUFC Sports (Rajasthan United Football Schools). I also agree to comply with any rules/security requirements of the facilities used by RUFC Sports (Rajasthan United Football Schools).

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT AND WAIVER IN ITS ENTIRETY AND I UNDERSTAND, ACCEPT AND AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED HEREIN. IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND IS A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE UNDERSIGNED AND RUFC SPORTS PRIVATE LIMITED (RAJASTHAN UNITED FOOTBALL SCHOOLS) AND THAT THE SIGNA TURES HEREIN HAVE BEEN GIVEN VOLUNTARILY.
