Creed Medical Group Inc. is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP) for the summer season. This temporary position offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities during the summer months. As a Summer Direct Support Professional, you will assist clients with daily living activities, encourage participation in seasonal community events, and support their overall well-being in a supportive, engaging environment. Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living tasks tailored to individual needs.
• Support and encourage clients' participation in summer activities and community outings.
• Implement individualized support plans under supervision.
• Maintain documentation of care and progress.
• Ensure a safe, supportive, and enjoyable environment for clients.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in caregiving or direct support is advantageous but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible summer hours, including weekdays and weekends.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Positive attitude, patience, and a passion for helping others.
