Cosmetologist  

Lori’s Salon & Day Spa is looking to grow our cosmetology team! Here at Lori’s we have a strong client base and are looking for qualified cosmetologists to join our team. We are looking for applicants who are passionate and innovative for the continual growth of our business.

Summary/Objective

At Lori’s you will perform more than just a service. You will create a positive experience that guests can’t wait to come back to. Guest’s satisfaction is our top priority. Providing knowledge on products and services is essential to the guest experience. At Lori’s we expect cosmetologists to have the abilities and experience to perform exceptional services.

Essential Functions

  • Men’s, women’s and children’s haircuts
  • Washing, blow-drying and styling guests hair
  • Keep and maintain records of guests and services provided
  • Curling and straightening guests hair
  • Coloring, perming and treating hair
  • Selling Aveda hair care products to guests
  • Maintaining a sanitized and organized hair station

Other Duties

  • Greet every customer you come into contact with
  • Meet or exceed guests expectations
  • Know the customer’s previous services and history
  • Know the AVEDA products
  • Clearly communicate your needs with leadership
  • Recommend and sell products
