Johnson Pope Bokor Ruppel & Burns, LLP is seeking a highly organized and proactive, detail-oriented Legal Practice Coordinator/Project Manager to support the Health Law Practice Group Leader in managing both the administrative aspects of his legal practice and the overall coordination of the department. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational efficiency by providing high-level administrative support, maintaining strong client relationships, and streamlining workflows for a team of attorneys and paralegals.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to anticipate needs, prioritize competing tasks, and build positive relationships with clients, attorneys, and staff.
