Job Description

Overview

Reporting to the ICBD CEO, the Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) will be responsible for setting the clinical vision for the organization, and for all clinical program design and implementation.

They will provide executive leadership and oversight of all clinical programs, (including supervision of core clinical staff) and will be capable of operating as a bridge between our client facing teams and our clinical teams.

She/he will ensure standards of care are met by utilizing evidence-based practices to achieve targeted clinical outcomes and improve operating efficiencies, where required.

You will have advanced understanding of the use of AI innovation to enhance effectiveness and commercial success in a fast-growth environment.

Education:

  • An MD or DO qualification is highly desirable.:

Experience/Personal Attributes

  • Significant experience in a clinical setting with demonstrated leadership and the implications of the changing health care environment for medical credentialing are essential.
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding in trends in health care, including physician-hospital relationships, physician practice models, access issues, quality improvement processes, clinical information systems, and the implications of the changing health care environment for medical credentialing are essential
  • Must be highly strategic with the ability to craft a vision and engage key stakeholders to achieve system-wide goals.
  • An advanced understanding of the use of AI innovation to enhance effectiveness and commercial success in a fast-growth environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills required to initiate and develop productive working partnerships with all levels of management/leadership and staff.
  • Ability to lead in a highly entrepreneurial, intense growth environment.
  • Must be confident and decisive but be a good listener and be flexible/adaptable as well. A highly collaborative style is essential.
