Job Description

Salary: $67,000 - 107,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a masters degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Development, or a closely related discipline.
• We require at least 2 years of experience in commercial and industrial real estate projects in Mexico.
• We need demonstrated experience negotiating principal and supporting agreements with multiple stakeholders, including clients, partners, banks, developers, buyers, and sellers, within the Mexican legal framework.
• We need experience coordinating with Mexican authorities on real estate development matters.
• We need experience performing thorough due diligence on real estate projects under Mexican law.
• We require the ability to travel internationally approximately 25% of the time.

• We oversee every stage of the industrial development lifecycle for projects located in Mexico.
• We manage land acquisition, entitlement, development, financing, leasing, and disposition activities.
• We negotiate key and ancillary agreements with diverse counterparties, including clients, partners, financial institutions, developers, buyers, and sellers.
• We coordinate with Mexican government and regulatory authorities throughout real estate projects.
• We conduct comprehensive legal and commercial due diligence on Mexico-based real estate investments and developments.
• We support cross-border project execution and related international travel as needed.

We are Affinius Capital LLC, and we are seeking a Vice President, Industrial Development for our San Antonio, TX office. In this role, you will help lead industrial development projects in Mexico across the full lifecycle, working within the Mexican legal and regulatory environment. The position involves collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders and requires international travel of about 25%.
