Job Description:

We are seeking a highly analytical and technical Software Development Analyst specializing in VBA & VBScript. In this role - design, develop, and support high-impact automation solutions that drive operational efficiency.

Core Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business and technical requirements to design, develop, and deploy robust VBA, VBScript, Selenium, C#, .Net and Automation tools.
• Create, maintain, and optimize scripts to streamline data handling, reporting, and repetitive business processes.
• Deliver reliable, high-quality applications through rigorous debugging and performance tuning to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Proactively troubleshoot day-to-day operational issues, identify root causes, and implement timely, permanent fixes.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all scripts, process flows, and troubleshooting protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience focusing on VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) VBScript , C# and .Net .
• Deep proficiency in Microsoft Office automation (Excel, Access, Outlook).
• Working knowledge of Python for automation and data processing.
• Experience with automation tools and exposure to AI/ML-based solutions .
• Proven track record of debugging, optimizing, and modernizing legacy codebases.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL databases and advanced data manipulation techniques.
• Familiarity with automation within Windows and Citrix environments.
• Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional experience focusing on VBA, VBScript C# and .Net
• Experience with advanced automation frameworks (e.g., Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, UiPath).
• Exposure to AI-driven tools (e.g., chatbots, OCR, or intelligent automation platforms).
