Role Summary
The Requirements Analyst supports system modernization and sustainment by managing requirements lifecycle activities and ensuring traceability from user needs to delivered capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Perform requirements analysis and develop functional and technical requirements
Create and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs)
Develop requirements management plans and business cases
Conduct stakeholder interviews and process analysis (as‑is / to‑be)
Support test planning and validation activities
Qualifications
5+ years of requirements analysis experience
Experience with DoD IT systems and SDLC
Strong documentation and stakeholder engagement skills
Active Secret clearance
