Apply advanced behavioral data analysis techniques to uncover patterns, pain points, and opportunities that feed into AI-driven design decisions and product optimization.
  • Leverage Continuous Feedback Systems: Collaborate with Data Science and Product teams to build real-time feedback loops that allow for dynamic product adjustments based on user input and usage patterns. Ensure that insights are continuously fed into the product development cycle to drive rapid iterations and long-term improvements.
  • Collaborate Closely with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with commercialization stakeholders to ensure analytics, reporting, and insights are aligned with team needs and product roadmaps.
  • Establish and Scale AI-Infused UX Research Practices: Work alongside the Director of User Experience Design to define AI-first research methodologies, integrating them with traditional UX research techniques. Build scalable processes that ensure data integrity, consistent feedback collection, and alignment with AI-driven product development.
  • Lead UX Research and Testing: Create and execute AI-assisted research strategies, including A/B/multivariate testing, to validate new features, enhance user experiences, and optimize AI model accuracy. Employ both traditional and AI-augmented methods to validate assumptions and drive design improvements.
  • Communicate Insights with Impact: Synthesize and present AI-driven insights and research findings to a broad set of stakeholders. Use data visualization and storytelling to convey complex findings and actionable recommendations in a way that fosters informed, data-driven decision-making across the organization.

  • Expertise with AI-enabled product analytics tools and tools that collect behavioral data to inform continuous optimization. Direct experience utilizing Pendo is a plus.
  • Strong ability to interpret large datasets, identify patterns, and generate actionable insights that can be continuously refined through feedback loops and machine learning.
