As a Security Officer Patrol in New Concord OH you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution and more. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures location-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents alarms access concerns and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting relevant details and reporting observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouses loading docks trailer yards parking areas and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances exits gates and/or shipping and receiving areas verifying authorized access and communicating with staff visitors and/or delivery personnel regarding site rules and directions.
• Observe site activity and report unusual conditions such as damaged fencing open doors unsecured areas and/or operational disruptions that may impact the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
