As a Security Officer Bike Patrol Team in West Hollywood CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic municipal location where you will monitor assigned areas conduct routine patrols remain visible to help deter security-related incidents and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors staff and members of the public by following site-specific procedures access protocols and other security-related policies.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and critical situations in a calm professional and problem-solving manner reporting observations and activities according to site guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout buildings public areas parking locations and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and security-related concerns.
• Assist with monitoring entrances checking authorized access and communicating with supervisors local contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
• Document daily activities incidents and noteworthy conditions and help support order at the location through visible presence and courteous interaction.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be able to ride a bike.
• Riding a bike for long periods of time is preferred.
• Lifting more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
