Job Title: Scrum Master

Location: Miramar, FL (Hybrid 4 Days Onsite, Remote Fridays)

Duration: 06 months on W2 Contract

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile software development teams in delivering high-quality solutions within a fast-paced enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong Agile coaching capabilities, experience working in scaled Agile frameworks, and a proven track record of successfully facilitating software delivery initiatives.

The Scrum Master will serve as a servant leader, helping teams maximize productivity, remove impediments, foster continuous improvement, and ensure Agile best practices are consistently applied across the organization.

Required Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent first-level Scrum certification.

• Experience working within a Scaled Agile Environment (SAFe or similar framework).

• Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting software development delivery projects .

• At least 1 year of dedicated full-time Scrum Master experience supporting Agile software development teams.

• Proven track record of successful project and product delivery.

• Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and servant leadership practices.

• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving continuous process improvements.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Scrum certifications such as:

  • Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II)

  • Professional Scrum Master III (PSM III)

  • Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)

  • Certified Team Coach (CTC)

• Experience supporting multiple Agile teams simultaneously.

• Knowledge of Agile metrics, reporting, and team performance measurement.

• Experience with enterprise Agile planning tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps, and release management practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including:

  • Sprint Planning

  • Daily Standups

  • Sprint Reviews

  • Sprint Retrospectives

  • Backlog Refinement Sessions

• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Identify and remove impediments impacting team productivity and delivery.

• Support Product Owners with backlog management, prioritization, and sprint readiness.

• Foster a collaborative, self-organizing, and high-performing team environment.

• Track and communicate sprint progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery metrics.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams within a scaled Agile framework to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through retrospective outcomes and process optimization.

• Partner with leadership to promote Agile maturity and organizational effectiveness.

• Ensure transparency and effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
