Store Manager – The UPS Store (Retail Operations & Leadership) Location: Multiple openings across Nassau County, Long Island, NY Pay Range: $50,000–$55,000/year (based on experience) Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Morning, Afternoon, and Weekend shifts available Join Our Team Are you an experienced retail leader who’s passionate about driving results, developing teams, and creating exceptional customer experiences? At The UPS Store, we’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Store Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a high-performing retail team. This position is for our retail locations—not a warehouse or corporate office. You’ll be responsible for managing productivity, profitability, customer service standards, and employee performance while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. We are a locally owned franchise group operating 10+ locations across Long Island, NY, including Syosset, Jericho, Plainview, Greenvale, Garden City, Garden City Park, Great Neck, Wantagh, Rockville Centre, and Huntington Station.
