Blockchain Game Alliance is building next-generation Web3 gaming infrastructure. We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to help us find and attract top blockchain engineers and product designers worldwide.
## Responsibilities
* Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, Web3 communities, and other channels
* Find and engage passive candidates through personalized outreach
* Screen candidates and evaluate technical backgrounds
* Build talent pipelines for blockchain and design roles
* Coordinate interviews and support the hiring process
* Provide regular recruiting updates
## Hiring Focus
* Senior Blockchain Engineers
* Smart Contract Engineers (Solidity)
* Web3 Full Stack Developers
* Web3 Product Designers
* UX/UI Designers
## Requirements
* Experience recruiting technical roles (engineering/design)
* Strong sourcing skills and ability to find passive candidates
* Experience with LinkedIn, GitHub, or developer communities
* Good understanding of software engineering and Web3 technologies
* Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
## Nice to Have
* Experience recruiting blockchain/Web3 talent
* Existing network of developers or designers
* Understanding of crypto, DeFi, wallets, or blockchain gaming
## Compensation
Flexible based on experience:
* Hourly contract: $15-$50/hour
* Performance-based bonuses available for successful hires
