Our team seeks to fill the role of Practice Manager. This individual serves as the central point of cohesion and forward action for the practice. By driving our practice priorities, leading both people and the processes, and effectively communicating with clients and team members, the practice manager helps the team execute its vision of success.

How will you help grow our Practice?

You will…

· Prepare and submit insurance and investment paperwork and assist with new account openings, transfers, and transactions, as well as tracking each through completion.

· Assist with the continuous development and implementation of our client service model.

· Enhance relationships with clients and prospects through your positive presence and through appropriate documentation in our CRM.

· Respond to routine client service issues and requests.

· Champion, train and implement technology.

· Provide administrative support to the team as needed: schedule appointments, answer and screen calls, compose and proofread correspondence and other written materials.

· Coordinate with firm support staff/specialists as necessary.

Experience Needed

· Experience establishing and maintaining systems for measuring activity

· Demonstrated organizational and time management skills under pressure

· Microsoft Office Skills – Word, Outlook, and Excel

· Highly accurate typing, data entry, spelling, and proofreading skills
