Job Description

Job Title: Kronos Consultant
Location: Morristown, NJ (Hybrid 3 days from Office)

Support:

• Provide expert support for Kronos Dimensions Time & Attendance module.
• Hands on experience designing, developing, configuring and maintaining pay rules, schedules, leave profiles, accrual profiles, employee groups, time clock profiles, security access, and other module functionalities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Time & Attendance module.
• Understanding, updating and maintaining the CRT tables.
• Analytical skills with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities and develop effective solutions.
• Escalate complex issues to technical teams when necessary.
• Stay informed of the latest Kronos Dimensions updates and best practices.

Development:

• Develop and implement new features and enhancements for the Time & Attendance module.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize development needs.
• Design, develop, and test new functionality.
• Write clean and maintainable code.
• Document code and development processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Kronos Dimensions Time & Attendance module.
• Strong understanding of time & attendance concepts and best practices.
• Proven experience in configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with SQL and other scripting languages is a plus.
