Rands Flooring and Tile LLC is hiring a tile installer / tile laborer.

We are a locally owned tile and flooring company based in Central Vermont. We do high-end residential and commercial tile work, including showers, floors, backsplashes, fireplaces, and bathroom remodels.

We are mostly looking for someone with tile experience, but we may also consider someone with construction or flooring experience who wants to learn.

What You’ll Do

• Install tile and flooring in homes and businesses
• Help with prep, layout, cuts, waterproofing, setting, grout, and cleanup
• Cut and prepare tile to fit different spaces
• Mix and apply thinset, adhesives, and grout
• Keep job sites clean and organized
• Work with the crew to get jobs done right
• Take pride in your work

What We’re Looking For

• Tile experience preferred
• 2+ years in construction, flooring, or tile work preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Good attitude and strong work ethic
• Shows up on time
• Pays attention to detail
• Able to lift materials and work on your feet
• Basic tools preferred, but not required

Monday–Friday, day shift.
