Salary: $72,000 - 93,000 per year Requirements:

• We prefer a bachelors degree, or a mix of college coursework and 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
• We require Epic certification in the applicable application at hire, or completion within 9 months of employment.
• We expect proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• DI certification is preferred.
• Medical Technologist/MT credentials are preferred but not mandatory.
• We look for prior analyst experience with a Laboratory Information System (LIS).
• We require knowledge of laboratory operations.
• Experience with the Epic Beaker Lab system is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are required.
• We require previous experience working in healthcare.
• The role requires the ability to sit for extended periods, use computers and telecommunication tools, and work in a demanding environment with sound judgment, attention to detail, independence, and self-motivation.
• Annual compliance requirements include mandatory education, in-service and health requirements, new employee orientation, TB/PPD surveillance, and maintenance of any required licenses or certifications.

• We configure and support clinical applications within the Epic EHR platform.
• We partner with team members to deliver accurate, secure, and efficient patient care and provider workflows.
• We perform complex build and configuration work for inpatient applications and interfaced products, including orderable and performable tests or procedures.
• We contribute to planning, implementation, and go-live activities, including on-site support, gathering specifications, identifying process gaps, demonstrating foundation build and workflow design, and tracking risks, issues, and requests.
• We follow build standards, change control procedures, naming and numbering conventions, data migration practices, incident tracking, and optimization request processes.
• We maintain a positive, collaborative approach and communicate responsively with colleagues, patients, partners, and customers.
• We take ownership of issues, ensure accuracy in deliverables, meet deadlines, and provide strong service recovery.
• We monitor support tickets, document work thoroughly, and resolve issues within service-level expectations.
• Under senior guidance, we analyze and design workflows and help drive adoption of new processes.
• We participate in system testing, run scripts, and document any errors or deficiencies.
• We support departments and end users during system upgrades and optimization efforts.
• We complete assigned tasks under supervision and within required timeframes.
• We use system knowledge and available resources to resolve routine issues.
• We take part in departmental and customer meetings and provide meeting support such as note-taking.
• We keep our application knowledge current and continue learning to address issues effectively.
• We participate in downtime testing and support related activities.
• We help develop user training content and support formal training sessions when needed.
• We perform additional duties as assigned.
