Job Description

Job Title: Bookkeeper – Direct Hire 

Location: Fort Worth, Texas (on-site M-F, 8a-5p hours)   

Compensation: $60K - 65K   

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Key Responsibilities:

· Process Payroll and Accounts Payable invoices

· Assist with month-end close, payroll taxes, and garnishments

· Prepare journal entries and reconcile bank statements

Qualifications:

·3-10 years of experience in a bookkeeper position

· Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and v-look ups required

· Experience handling payroll and taxes (sales and use, payroll, property) required

· Must be available to work in-office in Fort Worth, Texas, full-time
