Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated New Home Sales Consultant to join our team on a full-time/part-time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and sales, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a New Home Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding potential buyers through the home buying process, from initial contact to closing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain relationships with potential home buyers through various forms of communication, including phone, email, and in-person meetings

- Conduct sales presentations and tours of model homes to showcase the features and benefits of our homes

- Understand and communicate the unique selling points of each home and community to potential buyers

- Assist buyers with the selection and customization of their new home, including upgrades and finishes

- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies

- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to generate leads and promote our company and homes

- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our homes in the marketplace

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in new home sales, real estate, or a related field

-  Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or high-volume phone sales

- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping people find their dream home

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus

- Valid real estate license is preferred
