Reporting to the General Manager, the Team Member is the first point of contact for all membership-related questions, requests, and concerns and is responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to customers. This position requires work to be performed in person at the assigned location.

This job operates in a professional retail environment. Car wash operating hours are Monday through Sunday from 7:00am - 9:00pm. This role routinely operates in all areas of the car wash facility, including both indoor and outdoor work. The job and work environment is fun, clean, and fast-paced. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
