Duties: Under the general direction of the Warden, the Correctional Counselor II (Specialist), Litigation Coordinator, is responsible for ensuring compliance with Departmental Policy and operation of the Litigation process. The Correctional Counselor II (Specialist), Litigation Coordinator will screen, audit, respond to, and advise management of all Litigation issues pertaining to the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation and the Richard J. Donovan Correctional Facility.You will find additional information about the job in the .

Candidates new to CDCR/CCHCS are required to submit to a background investigation process utilizing Live Scan Fingerprinting, as well as a Tuberculosis test/evaluation prior to appointment, followed by department annual Tuberculosis testing/evaluation thereafter.
