Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable, responsible Cargo Van Owner Operator to run a route and join our team in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting flowers to various locations within a 300-mile radius, ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer service. Vehicle must be in excellent condition! Commission pay rates are competitive, with a daily Minimum!

Responsibilities:

• Operate a cargo van to pick up and deliver flowers on assigned routes.
• Load and unload cargo carefully to prevent damage.
• Follow scheduled routes and meet delivery deadlines.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no speeding tickets above 19 mph over the posted speed limit in the last 3 years) and criminal background (with no major felonies in the last 7 years)
• Valid Insurance (State Minimum Required) and current vehicle registration.
• Previous experience driving a cargo van or similar vehicle preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry floral arrangements to load and unload your vehicle. 
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills needed to deliver to clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
