Assistant Property Manager Responsibilities:

• Lease file auditing
• Lease enforcement and audits
• Lease Renewals
• Leasing when necessary
• Resident complaint handling
• Monthly reporting
• Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned

Assistant Property Manager Requirements:

• High School diploma/GED college degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years property management experience at a 300 unit apartment community required
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Consistent positive energy and strong work ethic
• Critical thinking ability
• Ability to multi-task with excellent time management skills
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office
