Van Services Driver – Evening Shifts

Grace Federal Solutions is seeking a dependable Van Services Driver to support a demand-response transportation program serving students, employees, patients, and visitors. This role is critical to ensuring safe, timely, and respectful transportation within a dynamic healthcare and campus environment.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate passenger vans in a demand-response environment

• Transport students, staff, patients, and visitors with professionalism and courtesy

• Communicate regularly with dispatch using radio and tablet systems

• Follow assigned routes and adapt to changing service needs

• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

• Complete daily reports and incident documentation accurately

• Assist passengers as needed while maintaining safety standards

• Follow all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year experience operating vans, public transit vehicles, or heavy trucks

• Valid North Carolina Class B CDL with:

  • Passenger endorsement

  • Air brake endorsement

• Valid DOT medical card

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Basic computer proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Teams)

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled

• Professional demeanor and consistent attendance

All candidates must pass background screening, drug testing, and meet the physical requirements of the role.
