Radiation Therapy Tech travel assignment in Lawrenceville, GA. This hospital-based radiology role supports Radiation Oncology. Start date: 06/15/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Guaranteed hours: 40 per week. Shift: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Friday. Weekly pay: $1,956–$2,070. This is a travel, temporary assignment within a hospital setting.

Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for radiation therapy sessions; verify patient identity and treatment plan prior to each session.
- Operate linear accelerators and associated devices under the guidance of the radiation oncologist and physics team.
- Deliver prescribed radiation therapy to patients, ensuring correct dose, location, and field setup; monitor patient status during treatment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatment delivery, patient observations, and any deviations from the plan.
- Adhere to ALARA principles and radiation safety policies; participate in safety checks and quality control procedures.
- Collaborate with the radiation oncology team to review treatment plans, communicate patient needs, and support continuous patient care.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Radiation Therapy Tech or within Radiation Oncology specialties.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (American Heart Association).
- Ability to work on-site in a hospital setting and in Lawrenceville, GA.
- Eligibility for a travel assignment and ability to meet facility onboarding requirements.
