Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and develop training programs using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model.
• Create eLearning content using tools like Articulate Storyline.
• Develop instructor-led training (ILT) materials, including instructor guides, student guides, and assessments.
• Analyze training needs and align content with business objectives.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning materials.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and validate content.
• Ensure training content is engaging, interactive, and learner-focused.
• Maintain and update existing training modules as needed.

Skills:

• Expertise in instructional design methodologies, especially the ADDIE model.
• Strong experience with Articulate Storyline for eLearning development.
• Ability to create ILT materials (guides, manuals, assessments).
• Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) (preferred).
• Strong content development and curriculum design skills.
• Understanding of adult learning principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

• Bachelors
