As Training Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Developing and leading effective training and communications supporting the company's production and QMS systems, tools, and processes
Developing employee sills and capabilities
Leading new hire orientation
Maintaining employee training records and other required training documentation
Assisting with safety
Improving training methods and tools
Training and administering testing for quality instructions, process specifications, work instructions, goals, objectives, work orders, etc.

To be considered for the Training Specialist position you must have:
At least 2 plus years of previous training experience in a manufacturing facility.  A BS degree is preferred but not required; must have high school diploma or GED
Excellent communication and organization skills; be a self-starter
Proficiency with MS Office
