:

The Seasoned Customer Service Associate delivers world-class customer sales & service to all retail customers by receiving and processing packages for courier shipment and operating copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, and point-of-sale devices. The Associate expertly advises our valued customers by providing accurate information on our array of products, services, and best-value options and exhibits confidence by knowing best practices related to the industry.

The ideal candidate has previous retail sales experience, strong computer and internet skills, a high school diploma or GED, a friendly and genuinely helpful demeanor, and a professional appearance. He or she must be a fast learner who makes an effort to learn all aspects of the business in the shortest possible time.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-2 years experience in retail
• Good with customer facing engagement
• Good time-management, and communication skills
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Prompt, reliable, and responsible, Flexible to work on weekends (Sat & Sunday)
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability and aspiration to grow to take a leadership role
• Able to lift 40 pounds

Type of Work:

• Shipping/Mailing - Processing shipments for customers
• Package/Mail Sorting - Sorting incoming deliveries for pickup
• Packing - Providing packing service for customers
• Passport Photos -Taking photos for passport pictures
• Printing, Scanning, Faxing - Providing print services to customers
• Notary- Verifying ID of document signers

• Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• Saturday 10:00 AM - 3:30 PM
