Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Team Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and project support to the Marketing & Transformation leadership team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and successful execution of initiatives focused on enhancing customer experience.
Job Responsibilities
* Provide high-level administrative support to the Marketing & Transformation leadership team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and processing expenses.
* Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other internal and external communications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
* Facilitate effective team collaboration by organizing and maintaining team documents, platforms, and communication channels.
* Support the planning and execution of team events, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities.
* Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, effectively triaging inquiries and ensuring timely responses.
* Contribute to problem-solving efforts by identifying and escalating potential issues and proposing solutions.
* Actively participate in team meetings, capturing key decisions and action items, and following up on their completion.
* Embrace and adapt to changing priorities and evolving project requirements.
* Demonstrate strong self-awareness and proactively seek opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Job Qualifications
* Proven experience in an administrative or team support role, ideally within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
* Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Co-pilot and other relevant collaboration tools.
* Ability to exercise courage in challenging situations and propose innovative solutions.
* A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a strong commitment to excellence.
* Demonstrated knowledge sharing capabilities, willing to contribute to team learning and development.
* Excellent listening skills, with the ability to understand and interpret needs effectively.
* A strong understanding of emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate interpersonal dynamics.

How much do we pay (Base)? (80,000 - 95,000 (Minimum & Maximum)) *Note that the pay range listed for this position is a genuinely expected and reasonable estimate of the range of possible base compensation at the time of posting.
This position is eligible for US Benefits Select. This position offers paid vacation depending on your years of relevant industry experience and will range from 120 - 240 hours of vacation per year for full time employees (60 - 240 hours of vacation per year for part time employees). You will also be eligible for 9 paid holidays per year and 2 personal choice holidays.
