Staff Accountant – Marina Operations (On-Site) Location: Charlestown, MAWork Type: On-site About the Role: We’re looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our marina team. This on-site position focuses on bank reconciliations and the accounts payable cycle, ensuring accurate financial records and timely payments to support day-to-day marina operations. Key Responsibilities: * Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations. * Manage the accounts payable cycle from invoice processing to payment. * Record and post journal entries related to AP and bank activity. * Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting. * Maintain accurate records to support audits and internal controls. * Collaborate with operations staff to ensure proper transaction coding. Qualifications: * Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in service, hospitality, or marina operations. * Strong experience with bank reconciliations and accounts payable. * Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, Netsuite, or similar) and Excel. * Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in an on-site role.
