Salary: $197,600 - 296,400 per year Requirements:

• 7-10+ years of user research experience related to web and/or cloud products.
• Experience in the cloud computing domain is essential.
• Ability to articulate the business impact arising from successful research initiatives.
• B2B experience is mandatory.
• Strong skills in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Proficiency in analyzing telemetry data using tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
• Comprehensive understanding of statistical methods and data analysis techniques.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to stakeholders and creating reports.
• Ability to distill and translate research findings into actionable design enhancements.
• Experience in designing user journeys and conducting contextual inquiries.
• Bachelors degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree is preferred.

• Lead and implement extensive user research projects to identify user needs and behaviors across our product lineup.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to incorporate user research insights into the product development process.
• Develop and execute research protocols using both qualitative and quantitative techniques to inform design decisions.
• Utilize telemetry data and analytics tools to gain insights into user interactions and drive strategies for product optimization.
• Monitor user engagement through dashboards and other reporting tools, tracking development over time.
• Mentor junior researchers and designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and user-centered design within the team.
• Advocate for user needs by effectively sharing research findings and user stories with stakeholders and leadership.
• Set key goals for the first year, focusing on establishing a solid research strategy for flagship products and nurturing a user-focused design culture.
