Strong business process management expertise, including experience in process architecture, process mapping/modeling, and end-to-end scenario design
Proficiency in Signavio Business Process Management (BPM) suite with relevant certifications
Experience driving adoption of process standards and governance, partnering across business functions
Strong communication and facilitation skills, able to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and reinforce our shift toward a process-oriented culture
This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision.
