Pay: $24/hr (W2)

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Location: Remote (Work From Home)

New Canvassing Experience is a national face‑to‑face fundraising and canvassing agency dedicated to connecting donors with the causes they care about most. Our recruitment department plays a vital role in advancing this mission. We recruit fundraisers across the United States who help create meaningful impact in communities nationwide. By building strong, mission‑driven teams, we support organizations working to protect civil liberties, environmental conservation, reproductive rights, and social justice.

We are seeking a professional, detail‑oriented Recruitment Specialist to support our nationwide hiring operations. This fully remote role requires strong communication skills, excellent organization, and the ability to manage high‑volume applicant pipelines. The ideal candidate has canvassing experience, thrives in a remote work environment, and is motivated by mission‑driven recruitment.

• Conduct phone screenings and video interviews with prospective candidates

• Source, evaluate, and schedule applicants for fundraising/canvassing roles

• Maintain accurate candidate records and manage applicant flow

• Meet daily and weekly recruitment goals

• Communicate professionally with candidates and hiring managers

• Support hiring needs across multiple states and markets

• 3+ months of canvassing experience

• 1+ year of remote work experience

• Working laptop or desktop with audio and camera

• Personal cell phone for outbound calls

• Reliable high‑speed WiFi

• Strong communication, time‑management, and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Competitive pay: $24/hr (W2)
