About Our Agency Our agency opened in 2008 and has grown into a team of 14 who are focused on building strong relationships and supporting one another. I started my journey as an Agent Aspirant, which gave me a clear understanding of what it takes to grow in this business and how to support team members along the way.
I’m married with five kids, including twins, and family is at the center of everything I do. We stay very active in sports and family activities, and that family-first mindset carries over into the culture of our office.
I stay involved in the community through the local Chamber of Commerce, building connections and supporting local businesses and events.

Role Description Chris Gaudet - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

Responsibilities - Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
Qualifications - Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
