Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned residential properties
• Handle resident concerns, complaints, and service requests professionally
• Coordinate leasing support and tenant communication
• Conduct move-out inspections and ensure unit readiness
• Prepare and submit weekly operational reports
• Regularly visit properties to monitor conditions and address issues
• Coordinate maintenance, vendors, and building needs
• Ensure compliance with company policies and property standards
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of prior residential property management experience required
• Experience with Yardi property management software preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently across multiple locations
• Valid driver’s license

Salary: 70K-80K 

Benefits: Health Insurance, 401K, and PTO

Hours: 9 am - 5 pm
