Oklahoma City, OK-Shepherd Clinic | Full-Time | Outpatient Pediatric Therapy

What You’ll Do:

✔️ Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients.
✔️ Implement and adjust therapy interventions to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence .
✔️ Document services with our easy-to-use EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer regulations.
✔️ Collaborate with OTs, PTs, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care .
✔️ SLPs provide guidance and supervision to SLPAs, graduate students, and Clinical Fellows, depending on your experience.

What We’re Looking For:
SLPA - Associate or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
✅ Oklahoma SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain).
✅ Experience or interest in pediatrics – Passion for working with children and helping them thrive.
✅ Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset .
