This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working independently, staying organized, and making a direct impact on the business.

Position: Payroll Specialist/Bookkeeper

Shift: 1st part time - flexible hours

Pay: $20 - $25 BOE

Responsibilities:

• Payroll processing every other week,
• make all payroll related government dues,
• generate yearend W2s and 1099s
• Monthly Sales tax and use tax payments
• Month end reconciliation
• Job costing.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in QuickBooks and Payroll processing
• Experience in generating work comp related reports and general Ledger reports
• Experience in making state tax payments and other government dues online.
• Job costing
