Home Appliance Integration Technician

Join our team in New Britain, PA to install and commission household appliances with precision, safety, and exceptional customer care.

What you’ll accomplish

• Install and integrate kitchen and laundry appliances (refrigerators, dishwashers, washers, dryers, etc.).
• Survey sites, take accurate measurements, and recommend ideal placement and routing.
• Follow all safety codes and manufacturer specifications during install and hookup.
• Perform post-install verification and functional testing to ensure everything runs flawlessly.
• Deliver clear, courteous guidance to customers and address questions on the spot.
• Maintain a clean work area and handle packaging disposal responsibly.
• Coordinate with teammates to meet timelines and deliver consistent results.
• Keep skills sharp by learning new models, connections, and installation techniques.

Required background

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training preferred.
• Hands-on experience in appliance installation or closely related trades.
• Solid mechanical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Physical capability to lift and maneuver heavy units and work in varied conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
