Start Here! Troy manufacturer has 1st shift,  Grinder/Laser Deburring jobs available @ $17 per hour. Qualified General Labor candidates will have experience reworking & finishing metal by sanding, grinding, & using other smoothing techniques.

Duties to Include:

• Set up work for grinding process.
• Operate a manual surface grinder.
• Perform in-process inspections.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Following verbal & written instructions.
• Working in a collaborative project environment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Daily use and inspection of PPE.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License
• Your Own Transportation
• 6 Months of Recent Manufacturing Experience
• Pass a 10-Panel Employment Drug Screen, includes THC.
• A Clean Background with NO Felony Conviction
• Reading Blueprints
• Previous Grinding Experience a PLUS
