Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and driven General Sales Manager (GSM) to lead our sales operations. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales department, including new and pre-owned vehicle sales, team leadership, inventory management, and profitability. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with a strong track record in automotive sales performance and team development.
