Position Overview This is not just another management role—it’s a gateway to becoming a General Manager. The General Sales Manager is responsible for the complete operation of the dealership’s sales department. This includes overseeing sales performance, managing and developing the sales team, and ensuring perfect CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores. This high-impact leadership role requires critical thinking, sound decision-making, and a proven track record of success in automotive sales management.
