### Recruiter Responsibilities

* Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
* Publish job postings on LinkedIn and other relevant job portals when appropriate.
* Conduct initial candidate screening.
* Evaluate:
* English communication skills
* Technical background and real-world experience
* Resume quality and consistency
* LinkedIn profile
* GitHub, portfolio, or other technical work (when available)
* Compensation expectations
* Availability and notice period
* Schedule interviews with our hiring team.
* Maintain clear and professional communication throughout the hiring process.

### Candidate Quality Requirements
