Job Description

Salary: $112,200 - 151,800 per year Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in MATLAB
• Familiarity with simulation tools like AFSIM
• Experience with project and configuration management tools such as Git and Jira (preferred)

• Employs an interdisciplinary and cooperative approach to plan, design, develop, and verify a lifecycle-balanced system of systems and solutions
• Assesses customer and operational needs to define and align system performance requirements while ensuring compatibility of all interfaces
• Develops strategies for managing requirements processes, tools, risks, and technology readiness assessments
• Addresses cross-functional technical challenges
