Event Promoter

$15–$20/hour Base Pay + Uncapped Bonuses & Commission

We're looking for energetic, confident, and people-focused individuals to join our team as Event Promoters. If you enjoy meeting new people, working in a high-energy environment, and earning performance-based income, this opportunity is for you.

No remodeling experience is required—we provide training and support to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

As an Event Promoter, you'll represent the EZPro Express brand at local events, home shows, fairs, festivals, and community gatherings throughout the Charlotte area.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging event attendees with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Creating interest in our bath remodeling products and services
• Starting conversations and generating excitement about our brand
• Qualifying homeowners and scheduling free in-home consultations
• Educating prospective customers on product benefits and features
• Collecting and accurately submitting customer information
• Maintaining an attractive, organized, and inviting booth display
• Working closely with the Event Coordinator and sales team to achieve goals

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and outgoing personality
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Ability to stand for extended periods during events
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds when setting up displays
• Availability to work weekends and occasional evenings
