Identify and engage prospective customers through phone, email, networking, and in-person outreach
Present products or services clearly and confidently to potential clients

Consistently follow up with prospects throughout the sales process
Meet established performance standards and activity goals
Participate in training sessions and team meetings

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable initiating conversations with new contacts

Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software systems
Ability to work in a structured, goal-driven environment
