As the firm continues to grow its client base, this role exists to support the day-to-day bookkeeping needs of multiple small business clients while maintaining clean, accurate financial records.
The company is looking for someone who enjoys structured processes, takes pride in accuracy, and can consistently manage bookkeeping responsibilities across multiple accounts.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join our remote team.
This role will focus exclusively on day-to-day bookkeeping for a portfolio of small business clients. You will work within established SOPs and systems while collaborating closely with internal team members responsible for payroll and sales tax.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong QuickBooks experience who enjoys maintaining clean books and wants to grow within a structured, supportive environment.
