Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• We require 2+ years of experience in BI development, analytics, or data engineering.
• We look for strong hands-on experience with Power BI or comparable platforms such as Tableau or Qlik.
• We require solid SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
• We value experience in data modeling and ETL/ELT processes.
• We prefer experience handling financial data, especially margin, pricing, revenue, or gross-to-net reporting.
• We need the ability to convert business needs into technical data solutions.
• We expect strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a sharp eye for detail.
• We require excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions.
• Preferred experience includes ERP systems, with SAP strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with data platforms such as Azure, Databricks, or Fabric is a plus.
• Exposure to commercial finance, trade spend, or revenue management is advantageous.
• Knowledge of data governance, master data management, and data quality frameworks is preferred.
• Experience supporting transformation or process re-engineering initiatives is beneficial.

• We partner with Finance, Commercial, and Data teams to analyze and redesign gross-to-net and margin reporting workflows.
• We design and build scalable data models that standardize margin and financial reporting across the business.
• We develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear, actionable margin insights.
• We integrate data from ERP, pricing, trade spend, and financial systems into centralized, governed datasets.
• We translate business requirements into technical specifications and BI solutions.
• We strengthen data accuracy and consistency through validation rules, reconciliation logic, and control checks.
• We help establish a single source of truth for financial and margin reporting.
• We improve reporting performance, scalability, and usability.
• We work with stakeholders to define KPIs, standard metrics, and reporting hierarchies.
• We document data models, transformations, and reporting logic to support governance and transparency.
• We identify process improvement and automation opportunities across reporting workflows.
