POSITION SUMMARY:
As an Assistant Property Manager at RealJoy, you’ll be an essential part of keeping our vacation rental properties guest-ready. You’ll oversee the day-to-day management of properties, conduct regular inspections, and ensure any maintenance needs are addressed quickly and effectively.
This role calls for a detail-oriented professional with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment. You’ll play a direct role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort while providing exceptional service to both guests and property owners. If you’re motivated by delivering quality experiences and thrive in a dynamic hospitality setting, we’d love to have you join our team. Please note this position requires participation in an On-Call rotation.
