Same Day Service Company has been a leader in appliance repair for 30 years and is hiring experienced technicians in the Greater Boston area.

COMPENSATION & EARNINGS

Competitive starting pay: $36-$40/hr
Typical earnings: $90,000-$130,000 per year with bonus

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus
($2,500 after 90 days, $2,500 after 6 months)

Monthly performance-based bonus on top of hourly rate
No commission gimmicks, steady hourly pay plus bonus
W-2 employees, no subcontractors
Multiple positions available

WORK STRUCTURE

No weekends (Mon-Fri only), no on call
Start and end your day from home, no driving to an office or shop
Flexible schedule available (FT, PT, 4-day workweek)

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

Major residential appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, ranges, dishwashers, and microwaves.

Common brands serviced include Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, GE, Frigidaire, Bosch, KitchenAid, Maytag, Thermador, Miele, Sub-Zero, Wolf, and other major manufacturers.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in appliance repair (sealed system experience not required)

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
• Background check required
• Pre-employment drug screening required
• Physically able to lift and maneuver appliances as part of daily job duties
